The former Playboy Bunny appeared to have no makeup on as she posed in front of a giant Christmas tree.

The businesswoman accompanied the candid photo with two images of her follower statistics to prove that she took a hit since she changed her appearance and stopped sharing sexy photos.
The data revealed that while men have stopped following her page by the thousands, women have created a little community around her and are very supportive.
She explained: “After the last handful of years staying true to myself on social media, I feel that all the people here with me at this point actually care and are invested in my life in a positive way, and for that, I thank you.”
Crystal Hefner also acknowledges that she did use the concept of “sex sells” to launch her successful brand, but she is a different woman who finds modesty empowering.
She concluded by: “In short, sex sells. I don’t know whether I felt empowered by dressing scantily clad, showing cleavage, etc.… or if I just felt it was expected of me or what … but now I can confidently, and 100% proudly say, modesty is what empowers me these days, and because it feels so much better internally, it will probably be this way for the rest of my life.”
Hefner has many other reasons for the major changes in her life. In 2016, she faced a major health scare — she was diagnosed with Lyme disease and toxic mold and later discovered that she was suffering from “breast implant illness.”
She removed the breast implants and later revealed that she was suffering from “brain fog” and “chronic fatigue.”
In 2020, Hefner claimed she almost died while having yet another plastic surgery — this time, she went under the knife for a fat transfer procedure.
