To say that the last couple of months were complicated for Kanye West would be an understatement.
After taking a brief trip to Japan with his girlfriend, Chaney Jones, Kanye West has concluded that he needs to be away from it all for at least 12 months.
West has been mostly absent from social media and the media as a whole since being temporarily banned on Instagram for lashing out at Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson.
However, his close friend and collaborator, Vory, has decided to reveal what has been happening behind the scenes.
The young rapper recently did an interview with Complex and revealed that he has a close bond with Kanye West.
He also made the surprising revelation that he is among a handful of people who have access to the controversial rapper and fashion designer.
According to Vory, Kanye West has decided to take some time off to focus on what truly matters — his mental health and happiness.
He told the interviewer: “I was just talking to [Kanye] today. We’ve been talking through my best friend, who’s also his assistant, because he hasn’t been wanting to talk to anybody.”
According to West’s pal, he has some important matters to deal with, which is why he has decided to lay low for a lengthy period of time.
The MC with the mask stated: “He’s taking a year off, and he was like, “Damn, you think Vory is going to be mad at me if I don’t go to his release party?” And I was like, “Nah, you’re straight, bro. He’s battling his own s***That’s my dog, and I learned a lot from him.”
The 24-year-old artist revealed that he is grateful to be working with West and added: “I was originally featured on Donda five times. And [Kanye] was just like, “Bruh, we damn near got an EP on this thing. So I guess his team decided that three times was enough. The person who made me realize my twisted thoughts weren’t so twisted was Ye because we think alike.”
Kanye West has deleted all the content on his Instagram account after having several meltdowns on the platform where he dragged his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.
West also threatened Kardashian’s boyfriend, Pete Davidson, on the social media site.
The billionaire MC caused havoc by dropping an animated music video where he buried the former Saturday Night Live star alive.
Following a barrage of posts and insults about Kardashian and the comedian, West was banned from The Grammys. He dropped off several festivals and went away to work on himself.
