King Charles Infuriated As Prince William And Kate Middleton Beat Him At Ruthless Competition

King Charles III was allowed to enjoy the day of his coronation. Still, immediately after, Prince William and Kate Middleton took the spotlight with a series of captivating moves.

On May 6th, King Charles wore his fancy robes and a few heavy crowns and was anointed with oil at Westminster Abbey.

With millions watching them, King Charles and Queen Camilla enjoyed a fancy parade through the streets of London.

However, the following day it was the Waleses’ show.

Catherine, Princess of Wales, and the heir to the had the media eating from their palms as they made multiple surprise appearances in London.

They went viral worldwide by releasing a homemade video of their family preparing for and arriving at the coronation.

The footage was compared to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s docu-series.

The couple’s three young children, Prince George, 9; Princess Charlotte, 8; and Prince Louis, 5, appeared in the video.

Fans were delighted to see the family in their natural habitat, having fun, looking awkward, and displaying normal behaviors such as Charlotte’s excitement to see the carriage taking her to the church service or Prince William in awe at his wife’s gown. Almost 70 million people have viewed the clip.

Writing for news.com.au, Daniela Elser explained that Middleton and Prince William showed their star powers might shine brighter than Queen Camilla and King Charles’s.

The King and Queen of England are already in the 70s and therefore do not have the energy and pizzazz to entice the younger generation.

She said in part: “Louis in a digger? Tiny princes making smores? This was more Netflix production than something cobbled together by their only aide with a MacBook Pro. They all have the pacing, tension, and production values of a Hollywood creation.”

She added: “The Wales’ social media campaign over the Coronation has thoroughly trounced that of Buckingham Palace, leaving them totally and utterly in the dust.”

According to the author and royal expert, Prince William and Middleton’s decision to put themselves forward might frustrate King Charles.

She stated: “However, if the Prince and Princess of Wales keep marketing themselves as a sort of alternative, understudy King and Queen, they run the risk of aggravating His Majesty and triggering a return to the factionalized past when different royal houses reportedly competed with one another with a certain Succession-worthy ruthlessness.”

It is not known if the heir and his wife will take the warning seriously and step back and let the King enjoy his time in the sun.

  1. Charles may of waited a long time to become king and that’s the problem the public want a younger more active family man as king someone with whom they can relate to. It’s a shame but Charles is a king of a time gone by as you said he is in his mid 70’s the same as I am nearly all the other monarch’s in the world at the moment are young and I think that for our monarchy to survive we have to be the same
