Kate Middleton, fed up and busy, has chosen to focus on her own path rather than get entangled in the constant drama her brother and sister-in-law have created.
The future Queen has bigger things to focus on, including her health and three young children. However, it is undeniable that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s wild actions, whenever they occur, cast a significant shadow over the Royal Family, often causing Princess Kate and King Charles III undue stress.
Some would go as far as saying that Prince Harry and Markle have some kind of revenge calendar where they circle all the important dates for major royal events, birthdays, and other celebrations.
On these significant and momentous occasions, Prince Harry and Markle, out of spite, drop an announcement, interview, or horrific story, painting the other side as the villains.
The latest example was on Prince George‘s birthday. Markle has also splashed all over the news thanks to a few paparazzi photos of her heading to a fancy dinner with an actress.
As Prince George celebrated his 11th birthday, like every year, Kate Middleton posted a new photo of the heir. The child flashed a lovely smile while dressed elegantly in the black and white picture.
Just as the innocent and joyous celebration of Prince George’s milestone was underway, Prince Harry and Markle seized the headlines with their announcement, as if on cue.
The couple announced that the Invictus Games 2027 will be held in the UK for the first time since 2014. The event will take place in Birmingham.
Royal experts destroyed Prince Harry and Markle for their move. Dan Wootton said on his Outspoken program: “This is also really terrible. Prince Harry upstaged young Prince George’s lovely birthday release of those pictures by Catherine Middleton by announcing on the same day that the Invictus Games will be held in Birmingham in 2027. It just shows you how pathetic Prince Harry is. He knew it was George’s birthday and the picture would be released. He wants to steal the thunder with his Invictus Games announcement. It’s just pathetic gameplaying yet again.”
Royal commentator Angela Levin added that it was a shameful decision. She said: “It’s such a shame. I think Meghan likes to do that; we’ve seen that many times. Every time the Royal Family does something, she has to do something just before, and it’s all carefully controlled. I’ve been told many times she knows exactly what she’s doing; it’s not a mistake; she’s very cautious. And Harry, I suppose, was told this is what he had to do.”
Many saw the announcement as a gesture to let Kate Middleton know that their respect and admiration for her no longer existed, but then again, it is not like Princess Kate ever wanted anything from the pair.
