May 1st 2020 🖤 During this time more than ever… Staying healthy is at the top of my mind! This is my first post in a bathing suit since losing 20lbs. Now… I’ve lost weight before but always gained it back… because I was dieting & not changing my lifestyle! But not this time… It’s been a year since I “had enough” (have you ever gotten there? Where you’re just tired of complaining about what you don’t like & you’re finally ready to take action & REALLY make changes!) Well, I made major changes like choosing to eat plant based 🌱 changing my whole relationship with food & working out! I’ve been consistent with my self discipline (although it’s been so hard at times). I’m constantly reminding myself that the greatest form of self love – is self discipline! They say it takes 21 days to form a new habit… I just want to encourage you to take this time to develop healthy habits! Drink your water, squat, rest, read, pray, take your vitamins, eat your veggies! (Preaching to myself to keep going! Lol.) It’s a new month! Let’s do this! BESOS Xx

Bailon began with: “A Visual Diary 📔
So… I accidentally dyed my roots black. Yeah… major fail. I’m currently living life with black roots & the bottom of my hair is golden brown with blonde highlights. SMH. “How the hell did that happen?!” you ask… Well… I ordered hair color in bulk from Amazon for me & my husband & because we use the same brand, they put both colors in the same box – black & golden brown. I thought I grabbed the golden brown… I. DID. NOT. – total moron move & there is no excuse! So here we are… now I kindly ask that everyone harass @hair4kicks until he finds a way to fix this. Lol.”

She concluded her post with this revelation: “On a way deeper level… I watched @elevationchurch yesterday (like I do every Sunday) & pastor @stevenfurtick said something that really spoke to me… he talked about everyone whose going gray in quarantine (hi 👋🏽) or just needs their hair color touched up or fixed (again hi 👋🏽) – are all saying “I gotta get my roots right” – but what about your REAL ROOTS like where are you planted?! Is your soil good?! What are you rooted in?! – instead you gotta get your spiritual roots right! Get your mind right! Get your spirit right! – I’m totally paraphrasing, but it was awesome & it’s up on YouTube “FOCUS ON THE FRUIT” – so yup… that’s what I’m gonna focus on during this time! I took these pics right after I finished doing my makeup for the real… though it didn’t look as terrible in this light. Ha. Thanks to portrait mode & Thank YOU for reading my rant & my Monday pep talk to myself! Besos Xx”

The message has inspired many of her followers.
