Meghan, Duchess of Sussex recently received some unexpected praises from the most popular and beloved figure in the United States and the world.
Meghan Markle, who has millions of people commenting on her life daily — many of the remarks are negative — still, this time around, she was showered with praises by the one and only Michelle Obama.
In an interview, former President Barack Obama‘s wife decided to share some advice with the power couple who has been through some drama since they left London.
Mrs. Obama had this to say to the Duchess: “We are not meant to be breaking each other down; we are meant to be building each other up. So use your voice both on-and-offline to do just that – build each other up, support each other. There will always be negative voices and sometimes, those voices can appear to be outsized, and sometimes they can appear to be painfully loud. You can and will use your own voices to drown out the noise. Because that’s what it is – just noise. But your voices are those of truth. And hope. And your voices can and should be much louder.”
The former first lady continued with these kind words: “Whether meeting with our leaders or helping girls around the world seek the education they deserve, she is an inspiration to so many. Thank you to my friend, Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Sussex, a thoughtful leader who is breaking the mold and making our world better for it… she is an inspiration to so many.”
Prince Harry and his wife are under fire for the juicy royal tell-all, Finding Freedom, written by Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, who spoke to 100 reliable sources.
According to Vanity Fair, Queen Elizabeth, Prince William, Kate Middleton, and the rest of the royal family are all anxious about the secrets that will be exposed.
One royal source said: “The Palace are worried about the book because they know what really happened behind the scenes. Frankly, they should be breathing a sigh of relief. It could have been a lot worse.”
The person went on to explain: “It’s going to open old wounds at a time when everyone wanted to move on. I think the person who will be most upset about it all is the Queen.”
Some have criticized Meghan and Harry for “whining” about their experience in London, especially in these troubling times.
