Kim Kardashian seems to live by the philosophy that life must go on no matter what is going on around them.
A few days ago, Kim’s husband, Kanye West, was making headlines for the countless meltdowns he had on social media and during a political event.
The rapper aired his family’s dirty laundry to the world by calling his wife a member of the KKK and revealing that they wanted to abort their first daughter. He even made it clear that he wanted to divorce Kim.
While all this chaos was going down, Kim was busy planning a beautiful party in San Diego that was attended by most of her family members.
While many found it off for Kim to be celebrating or partying while her husband was going through a public bipolar episode, it is worth noting that the lavish event was for her grandmother, Mary Jo Campbell.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star looked lovely in the photos with her children while wearing a tight black dress with her hair in a braided ponytail.
Kim shared a few photos with this caption: “Last week, we celebrated my sweet grandma, and she hasn’t left her house since January. First, she was sick and then COVID lockdown. So we got her best friends tested and driven up from San Diego to celebrate MJ.”
She added: “We even had her favorite piano player and singer from San Diego come to perform. It was such a magical day and grandma, and you deserve the best!”
After Kanye’s disturbing mental breakdown, Kim flew to Wyoming to talk to him about their marriage and the humiliation he put her through.
In front of the cameras, Kim wept and yelled and eventually took the plane and returned to Califonia alone.
Before her arrival, Kanye publically apologized, but a source said this at the time: “He doesn’t seem to get what she is saying. He hasn’t changed anything that she told him needs to change. Kim is very torn. The last thing she wants is to be divorced with four kids. She knows that she will be fine financially, but her concerns are the kids and the partnership. She is moving towards a divorce, but who knows if she will actually sign papers.”
In a last ditched effort to save their romance Kim, Kanye, and all their children are on a family vacation in a fortress with a pastor where no one is allowed to speak about politics.
