While some love to claim that First Lady Melania Trump is clueless about her position in life and especially next to her husband, President Donald Trump, that does not seem to be the case when one takes a more in-depth look at her behavior in some circumstances.
It is quite evident that Melania is well aware of her situation and the implications that surround it, and has likely been making certain moves entirely intentionally.
Nevertheless, additional reports have come out recently thanks to the book Melania and Me: The Rise and Fall of My Friendship with the First Lady, written by her former best friend, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, that have painted her in an even more mysterious light, leaning on the negative side.
According to the claims made in the recently-released book, Melania was actually quite happy with the negative reception towards the controversial attitude that she has been displaying.
Wolkoff claims the European-born first lady is not a big fan of her predecessor, Michelle Obama.
Wolkoff stated that Melania refused to wear American brands as Michelle did. The former glamour model, who visited the border with the infamous, “I really don’t care, do u?’ jacket,” said that she was happy it was driving liberals insane.
She reportedly once asked: “Did Michelle Obama go to the border? She never did. Show me the pictures!”
Moreover, Melania also allegedly told Wolkoff she was not going to move into the White House until the shower and toilet used by Michelle and Barack Obama were replaced.
She also went on to claim that Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner could not be trusted and has reportedly also made some controversial comments about the situation with immigrants in the country.
These revelations come at a challenging time for her husband, with the approaching 2020 election and the controversies that already surrounds his presence in the race.
Many are speculating that Trump might have a wild trick or two up his sleeve for the upcoming election battle, and some have even been worried about the possible outcome of the whole debacle.
With the recent developments around the US postal service and other related incidents, it will certainly be interesting to see where things go over the next few months, and whether Trump actually has a chance in this race after his numerous scandals, embarrassing leaks, and his mishandling of the coronavirus pandemic that has killed almost 200,000 people in the country.
