Prince Charles Makes Brave Move Towards Meghan Markle And His Grandchildren As Prince Harry Challenges The Government

In late 2021, Prince Harry and his legal team took action against the British government for refusing to provide him, his wife, Meghan Markle, and their two children, Archie and Lilibet Diana, with round-the-clock security while they are in the UK.

This week, Prince Harry revealed his plans to challenge the Home Office/ British government’s decision in a lengthy statement because the surprising news had been leaked to the media.

Prince Harry also made it known that his request was denied even though he offered to pay for Met officers out of his own pocket during the trips to London.

While the public is only now learning about the news of Prince Harry’s decision to seek a judicial review, it has been revealed that Prince Charles was aware of the matter and reached out to the Sussex family with a solution.

Queen Elizabeth II‘s oldest son and the future king of England benefits from the highest level of protection and therefore invited Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to stay with him in one of his many castles.

Prince Charles swallowed his pride and told his son that he would love to host him and his family when they come to England.

After their bombshell interviews with Oprah Winfrey, the Prince of Wales cooked up the plan hoping to start the healing process with his son and daughter-in-law.

However, it has also been claimed that the Duke of Cornwall was looking for a way to spend more quality time with his grandchildren.

Prince Charles last saw Archie in late 2019, and he has never met grandaughter Lilibet Diana.

A royal source told the Mirror that Prince Charles is heartbroken not to be able to be with his grandchildren and added: “The Prince of Wales has been saddened that he hasn’t had the opportunity to spend time with his grandchildren, which he really does miss.”

The person familiar with the situation also explained: “He is a fantastic grandfather and loves playing the role immensely, and it’s certainly fair to say he feels there is something missing from his life without the ability to get to know Harry’s children. This is something he is hoping to remedy, which is why he made the gesture for Harry, Meghan, and the children to stay with him if they wanted to, whenever they may come home for a period of time.”

The source also dispelled the rumors that Prince Harry and his father are not speaking.

The insider said that Prince Harry, Markle, and Prince Charles have been able to video chat most recently and are working on their relationship.

The insider shared: “In the meantime, there has been a series of good-natured and enjoyable calls between them all, which is something the prince very much looks forward to.”

Despite the fact that progress has been made between the Susexses and Prince Charles, it seems that they have turned down the invitation.

According to royal biographer Angela Levin, the offer made by Prince Charles was not accepted because Prince Harry and Markle feel that they would be put in a rather awkward situation to stay under the same roof with Prince Charles.

It was just a few months ago that Prince Harry and his spouse destroyed the royals via a series of shocking accusations.

Prince Harry obliterated Prince Charles for failing him as a parent and blamed him for the genetic pain that he had to endure.

The royal author revealed to the Sun why Prince Harry and his spouse want to avoid Prince Charles at all cost: “Of course, when you are married, your partner has a say in it all, and I don’t believe Meghan ever wants to come back here. She would find it very difficult to stay with Prince Charles and the duchess [of Cornwall] because I think she would be quite awkward about it all.”

The royal pundit went on to explain: “I think Prince Charles loves Harry, and he’s been devastated by his behavior – he’s making a hugely important offer, you’d think he could feel resentful, but he’s not going down that route. He’s trying to encourage Harry into the royal fold not necessarily into the Royal Family but into being good friends.”

The expert added that Prince Charles’s move is brave and honorable because Prince Harry is the one who needs to apologize for his actions.

She shared: “I think Charles is very brave, very honorable, and it should really be Harry that apologies to him and try to get back in his good books, but I think this looks as though it’s the other way round. He could make a very nice weekend for them, and [Harry and Meghan] could still find criticisms there.”

Others believe that the lawsuit is a way for the power couple to avoid returning to the UK.
