King Charles III wants Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, to know there is no running back home to London.
While the King and Prince William sometimes butt heads over minor issues, they are united against Prince Harry and Markle.
His Majesty and the heir to the throne are determined to keep the pair at least a continent away from the British crown and its precious gold.
This week, a report surfaced via In Touch claiming that Prince Harry and Markle have a strong desire to return to London with their young children — Archie and Lilibet.
The power couple has been hit with financial woes — the cancellation of their Spotify deal — which created personal struggles.
A source told the media outlet: “The Spotify cancellation was bad enough. Now that their Netflix deal is in jeopardy, Harry and Meghan are freaking out about their finances.”
Prince Harry and Markle believe their best option is to have top-secret negotiations with Prince William and persuade him and King Charles that they would benefit from having them back in the royal fold.
The insider shared with the publication: “Harry and Meghan have secretly reached out to Harry’s brother, Prince William, to discuss the possibility of returning to the royal family. This is something they both want very much.”
Prince Harry and Markle believe the move to England would make it possible to revamp their brand of entrepreneurs and philanthropists.
The tipster claimed: “It could put a new spin on their brand. It could help her and Harry to carry on their work informing others on how to make this a better world. And it would be lovely for her kids to have English accents. Harry and Meghan had wonderful plans for Archewell but they just haven’t materialized the way they expected. They want to recharge their global brand and make a real difference in the world and they need something that will make them look relevant again.”
However, King Charles and Prince William have denied the duo their second chance of being working royals. King Charles has moved away from the drama and is solely focused on the monarchy and his legacy.
According to royal expert and author Christopher Andersen who spoke to Us Weekly: “They’ve had to put up this united front against Harry and Meghan. They’ve been insulted by members of their own family. It’s been quite the ordeal for them, and I think that they kind of circled the wagon, so to speak. And they’ve come out of that with a stronger bond.”
It seems that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will have to find a different route.
