Meghan Markle and her husband are currently in Colombia on a quasi-royal tour.
Upon arrival in Latin America, Markle and her spouse, Prince Harry, were greeted by Vice President Francia Márquez and treated like rock stars.
The pair received the highest level of security as they toured a high school in Bogotá to talk to teenagers about the impact of social media.
While Prince Harry and Markle are busy giving speeches as royal philanthropists, King Charles III has set a plan in motion during his vacation in Scotland.
His Majesty is on holiday at Balmoral Castle with Queen Camilla, Prince William, and Kate Middleton.
The Royal Family meets to relax and resource themselves — especially after being hit with double health blows.
However, during his time in Scotland, King Charles held important meetings and laid out the agenda for the upcoming months.
Unexpectedly, King Charles has decided to strip Markle and Prince Harry of their titles, setting them up for a harsh fall and winter.
This decision will not only affect Markle and Prince Harry but also their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, who will also lose their titles.
A close source to The King told Express: “The Royal Family are meeting at Balmoral to discuss a number of different things, but one of them will be The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.”
The royal insider stated that His Majesty has multiple pre-scheduled meetings during his summer break with Prince William and members of The Firm, during which concrete decisions about the monarchy are made.
The source said: “People don’t realize that the Balmoral gathering isn’t just a summer holiday. The family also participates in pre-arranged meetings where they discuss the family’s current position and how they can best prepare for the future.”
The insider claimed King Charles spent last summer focusing on how to honor his late mother. This year, it is all about how to bring down Prince Harry and Markle and their obstinance to go on royal tours when they are no longer working royals.
The insider revealed: “Last year was very much about honoring the Queen as it was the King’s first time hosting the gathering since her death, but this will be about how the family can best move forward without the Sussexes. Not only will Harry and Meghan‘s tours and upcoming trip to Canada be on the agenda, but their titles and peerages will also be up for discussion.”
King Charles, however, admitted that his decision to reprimand Prince Harry and Markle would have consequences for Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
He did not want to go that route, but the power couple forced his hand. The person stated: “There are ongoing discussions about this matter, and the King is conscious of his grandchildren. No decisions have been made yet, but this is something that will hopefully be concluded during talks between the King and other senior royals this summer.”
The King is considering removing his son’s Prince title, which implies that his grandchildren would also lose theirs.
Harry and Meghan Markle would keep the last name Sussex.
