King Charles Cannot Legally Meet With Prince Harry And Meghan Markle For This Stunning Reason

King Charles Meghan Markle Prince Harry Plans

Meghan Markle once had an open line of communication with her father-in-law.

The former actress often sent His Majesty videos and pictures of his grandchildren, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, so he would know all significant milestones.

However, this exchange abruptly ceased this year, as confirmed by PEOPLE Magazine. Prince Harry was often permitted to speak to his father on the phone.

The Duke of Sussex also had access to His Majesty. The father and son would talk on the phone and meet face-to-face during his London trips.

However, Prince Harry’s spokesperson confirmed that His Majesty has not seen his son for almost a year.

The last time King Charles III and his youngest son spoke was the day he announced that he was diagnosed with cancer.

King Charles has stopped interacting with Prince Harry and Markle because their conversation could have massive legal implications for the British government and the monarchy.

Any information shared could potentially be used in court, leading to serious legal consequences.

Prince Harry and Markle have started a legal war against the English government’s Home Office over its refusal to allow them to pay for their security while in the UK.

Prince Harry has repeatedly said that King Charles can bypass the rules of the Ravec committee, a government body responsible for security decisions, and give him and his family the police protection he requires.

According to a senior constitutional expert and adviser to the Royal family via The Daily Mail, King Charles is put in a position where everything he tells Prince Harry could be used against him in a courtroom and has stopped talking altogether.

The senior constitutional expert revealed in The Mail: “Here you have the infelicitous situation where the King’s son is suing the King’s ministers in the King’s courts. That is pulling the King in three directions. You also have the situation where the King’s son publishes accounts of private conversations, some of which have been, shall we say, wrong.”

The royal commentator added: “So imagine the situation. If the Prince were to talk to his father about his court case and then later describe that conversation—or, worse, a conversation that was not entirely accurate—there would be serious legal jeopardy.”

Any misrepresentation of the conversation could lead to legal consequences for both Prince Harry and King Charles. The legal voice went on to say why King Charles had to take these measures against his youngest son: “Harry would only have to say, ‘My father said this’ and a court case could collapse. That’s not just awkward. That’s bad. That is deep legal and constitutional jeopardy when you are head of state and of the judiciary, and it is His Majesty’s Government.”

The two sides are a standstill.
