Woman Urinates On Potatoes At West Mifflin, Pennsylvania Walmart And Gets Charged — She Is ‘Embarrassed’ By The ‘Mistake’

Grace Brown Walmart Pennsylvania Arrested

After reports came out that a woman had urinated on some potatoes at a Walmart in Pennsylvania, authorities had launched an investigation into the incident, and have been able to identify and charge a suspect, Grace Brown, in connection with the alleged offense.

Moreover, according to reports, they did not even have to go far, as she was the one who turned herself in for the July 24 incident.

Authorities were reportedly preparing to arrest her themselves as they had already managed to find out her identity.

She has now been charged with misdemeanor open lewdness, summary counts of criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.

She was also apparently intoxicated at the time of the incident, which would add an extra charge for public drunkenness to her already long list.

Many have expressed their outrage over the incident. The fact that the woman was under the influence of alcohol is no mitigating factor in the eyes of most, and her actions have been pretty much universally condemned.

The woman herself has not offered any public statements regarding her actions, although that would probably be for the best. Her lawyer, Casey White, did say that she was embarrassed by the mistake.

The attorney added: “Clearly, she doesn’t want to see herself portrayed in that light. She’s a young lady that has a full-time job. She’s a high school graduate. She’s working to make her life better. She’s embarrassed. She’s a young woman that made a mistake, but she’s going to address whatever issues she may or may not have. She’s going to move forward.”

West Mifflin Police Chief Anthony Topolnak told The New York Post: “She was identified and admitted that was her in the video.”

Walmart has put out the following statement: “The safety of our customers is a top priority for us. This is type of obscene conduct is outrageous, and we immediately disposed of the affected products and sanitized the area to ensure its cleanliness and safety for our customers.”

Some have pointed out that this could mark the rise of an alarming new trend, as there have already been multiple incidents involving people damaging store goods in inappropriate ways.

One popular recent incident had a woman licking a tub of ice cream and returning it to the store’s shelves, which resulted in massive outrage.

However, it does look like this particular incident is slightly different, as the woman was drunk.

One online commenter explained: “This should be a felony… her urine can be caring some deadly things MAKE IT A FELONY AND HOPEFULLY PPL WILL STOP BEING STUPID.”

A second person continued with: “Why didn’t anyone stop her from climbing on the fixture to then squat to piss on potatoes.”

A third individual chimed in with: “How is she embarrassed how was this a small mistake walking into a glass is a small mistake stepping on an animal is a small mistake but walking into a big ass store that has a bathroom and pissing on food should be considered a felony.”

Is this just a misdemeanor?
