Prince Harry Makes New Audacious Revelation In Court — Some Are Pushing Queen Elizabeth To Stand Up And Take Action

Prince Harry Suit British Monarchy

In his lawsuit against the Home Office, the lawyers representing Prince Harry argued at the High Court last week.

The Duke of Sussex filed a suit against the Home Office because it refused to let him use his own money on the private security he needs during his trip in England with his family.

The former soldier, his wife, Meghan Markle, and their young children have resided in California since the power couple stepped down from their royal duties in 2020.

However, Prince Harry claims that he and his family want to return to England but cannot do so because they feel unsafe.

Prince Harry explained that traveling to his home country with his family has become nearly impossible because his American security team “does not have adequate jurisdiction abroad or access to UK intelligence information” that they desperately need to keep his family safe.

Court documents showed that via his lawyer, Prince Harry stated that the ruling made against him by the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (Ravec) was wrong.

To make his point at the High Court, Prince Harry revealed that the ruling should be reviewed and fall in his favor based on the fact that he is in “the direct line of succession.”

The official court documents stated: “He says RAVEC was wrong in law not to have considered him to remain in its cohort because he falls within ‘the immediate line of succession.”

Many were baffled by Prince Harry’s revelation about being in the line of succession because he made it clear that he did not want to be king of England by stepping down from his royal duties and moving thousands of miles away from England.

He also took part in multiple interviews and explained why he needed to escape the Palace walls where Prince Charles and Prince William were trapped.

One royal expert said that it is time Queen Elizabeth II takes action against her grandson.

Royal author Angela Levin also sided with those who say that Prince Harry should no longer be Queen Elizabeth’s Counsellor of State because he no longer resides in England.

She said: “What annoyed me incredibly is he said he was in the immediate line of succession. Does he really think he’s got a chance to be king when he’s behaved like this? The Queen’s got to stand up to it. I think she’s got to stop him being the Counsellor of State, and that means when she can’t manage or is unwell, they become stand-ins. They go to meetings, and they sign documents.”

The suit is expected to take a while.
