Brad Pitt believes it is now his turn to do a media takeover and defend his case against Angelina Jolie.
The actor has reached out to TMZ via a close source to dispel the rumors and accusations that he believes are fabricated by his ex-wife.
Pitt also revealed the consequences of Jolie’s vendetta against him. The family friend said that Pitt is frustrated that Jolie keeps regurgitating the same faux claims that the authorities and judges have struck down.
The source claimed that Angelina Jolie’s “smear campaign against Brad Pitt” had destroyed his relationships with their six children — Maddox, 20, Pax, 18, and Zahara, 17; Shiloh, 16, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 13.
It was revealed that Pitt has a “limited and strained relationship because of her campaign of alienation.”
The Pitt source said Jolie has not been truthful about the fall 2016 plane incident that led to the complete collapse of their marriage.
Court documents revealed that the FBI investigated Pitt after Jolie made the revelation that the producer physically and verbally assaulted her and several of the children while on board a private plane.
Jolie blamed Pitt’s alcohol addiction and anger issues for the traumatizing incident. However, Pitt said Jolie is inventing the story as she goes to discredit and humiliate him.
Pitt’s family friend explained that the Dept of Children & Family Services looked into Jolie’s damaging and unfounded claims only to conclude that he is not “a child abuser.”
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt took their custody drama to family court, and the judge decided to give them 50/50 custody of their children.
Pitt’s attorney, Anne Kiley, told TMZ the following about her client’s predicament and hardship: “Brad has owned everything he’s responsible for from day one- unlike the other side – but he’s not going to own anything he didn’t do. He has been on the receiving end of every type of personal attack and misrepresentation. Thankfully, the various public authorities the other side has tried to use against him over the past six years have made their own independent decisions. Brad will continue to respond in court as he has consistently done”
Pitt said it was a win in court, but Jolie has “poisoned the kids against him” and seldom interacts with them.
The person in the know also lamented about the leaked email of Brad Pitt suing Angelina Jolie for selling her stake in Château Miraval by saying it was yet another attempt to ruin his reputation.
The insider concluded by saying, “all Angelina wants is revenge against Brad.”
It is not clear how far Pitt is willing to take the fight against his ex.
