When Prince Harry sat down to write his best-selling memoir, Spare, he cast his stepmother, Camilla, Queen Consort, as the main villain.
Readers agree that Prince Harry was tough on the entire Royal Family. The British soldier shared embarrassing stories about King Charles III, Prince William, and Kate Middleton.
However, he used his pen and pain to cause the most damage to Camilla, Queen Consort, and the reputation that she worked over two decades to restore.
In the tell-all book, Prince Harry revealed that Camilla, Queen Consort, is a vile and manipulative, and dangerous woman who works in cohort with the press.
According to Meghan Markle‘s husband, the Queen Consort has leaked horrific stories about all the royals in her desperate effort to be loved and adored by the British public.
The Duke of Sussex revealed: “In a funny way, I even wanted Camilla to be happy. Maybe she’d be less dangerous if she was happy?”
He added: “I have a huge amount of compassion for her, you know, being the third person within my parents’ marriage.”
Prince Harry also claimed: “She had a reputation or an image to rehabilitate, and whatever conversations happened, whatever deals or trading was made right at the beginning, she was led to believe that that would be the best way to do it.”
Some royal observers have stated that Prince Harry went too far with his decision to attack his stepmother constantly.
These same royal experts claimed that the revelations might have finally forced King Charles to pick between his wife and his youngest son.
Many predicted that His Majesty would side with his loving and supportive spouse. However, Arthur Edwards, a renowned royal expert, is saying not so fast.
Edwards, a veteran photographer for the Sun, has worked with King Charles for more than 50 years and knows him inside and out.
He sat down for an interview with Hello! magazine’s A Right Royal Podcast, which is hosted by Andrea Camaano and Emmy Griffiths.
He made the surprising revelation that Prince Harry will hold his place in the family despite the chaos that he has caused his father.
Camaano asked: “I’ve seen a lot of people say that maybe Prince Harry going for Camilla in the book, and writing what he did about Camilla, is the point of no return… Knowing him [King Charles] as you do, do you think that’s true?”
Edwards replied by saying that Camilla, Queen Consort, will have to accept her husband’s soul-crushing decision that he cannot turn his back on his son no matter how much pain and humiliation he has caused him since moving to California.
He explained: “It’s his son. At the end of the day, it’s his son. I don’t think he’ll cut him completely off, and I think he’ll try and keep some contact with him. Who knows what is going to happen in California.”
Edwards continued: “I don’t know what he [Harry] does all day with himself; he was such a busy guy here when he was Prince of the realm, but now I don’t know what he does — feed the chickens all day, walk the dogs, I don’t know. I still have great hope for him. I wouldn’t write Harry off. I feel he’s going through a pretty bad time.”
The expert might be correct because King Charles, unlike Prince William, has been able to push the hurt aside and is willing to find a way for Prince Harry to attend the coronation ceremony in May.
Close friends of King Charles have revealed that while he is distressed by Prince Harry’s words, he still loves his son and would like to have a relationship with him.
It is not known how the two men will sort out this thorny situation.
