King Charles Brutally Tells Prince Harry His Chances For 2027 Are Slim

King Charles III publicly lets Prince Harry know where he stands on one specific issue. The Duke of Sussex will journey to Europe and Africa in the coming days to champion the Invictus Games.

He will be in London for a special church service that will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the international games dedicated to wounded soldiers.

Along with Meghan Markle, Prince Harry will visit Nigeria to meet with the country’s military persons who will partake in the upcoming games in Canada.

The organization has become Prince Harry’s pride and joy, with some saying thus far it is his greatest accomplishment. However, do not expect to see any Royal Family members congratulating Prince Harry on the Invictus Games.

It has been confirmed via the Daily Mail that King Charles and Prince William will not be attending the church service for the games.

Contrary to expectations, the Royal Family has not endorsed the government’s decision to host the games in Birmingham in 2027.

Sources close to His Majesty have explained that King Charles has washed his hands from the Invictus Games.

A former courtier explained to the Daily Beast King Charles’s decision to distance himself from the event by saying: “Charles has made it quite clear he is ready to be friendly and supportive to Harry in his capacity as a private person, as his dad, but he is not going to throw the weight of the institution behind Invictus again. This all seems very logical inside the Palace bubble, but the trouble is that people who don’t particularly care about such things, who are dimly aware that the royals spend their days visiting community centers and opening supermarkets, are going to wonder why they are boycotting this terrific charity that is headed by the king’s son.”

A military source involved in the Games told the Daily Beast that the Royal Family should rethink their stance on the Birmingham event for the brave and heroic British soldiers participating in the games.

The person shared: “Harry has done the veterans community proud with Invictus, but some people feel it’s not fair to deny the foundation proper royal endorsement, especially after Queen Elizabeth was so generous to us. [The late queen recorded a video promoting Invictus which also featured Barack and Michelle Obama.] It was explicitly set up as an organization endorsed by the royal family, but now it’s not; it is stuck in this limbo. If Birmingham gets it for 2027, the royals are going to have to send someone, so they might as well get it over with now.”

King Charles’s decision not to back the Invictus Games carries significant weight — it implies that the British government might be forced to withdraw their candidacy to not irk the warring family.
