Another day, another rumor about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie‘s divorce.
However, this time around, it is a positive one. According to several publications, the power couple has contacted a mediator and have put their divorce on hold.
A person claimed that the former twosome was close to finalizing their separation, but an issue has come up – the well-being of their children.
According to the same source, for the past few weeks, the Hollywood stars have been very amicable with each other but are unable to agree on how and where they want to raise their clan.
While the actors agree on the fact that Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 11, and eight-year-old twins – Knox and Vivienne – are their top priorities, they cannot agree on anything else.
Pitt, who has a huge compound in Los Angeles, California, wants his children there with him so that they can have normal childhoods and roots.
But, Jolie wants to travel the world with her kids.
A spy said: “He wanted his children to be based in one home instead of living all around the world like nomads. Angie likes to venture around the world, seeing how other people live. It makes her appreciate how privileged and blessed she is.”
The source added: “Angie is absolutely miserable being based in LA. She does not think raising them there is good for the kids. She prides herself on exposing them to different cultures and traveling around the world.”
In a recent interview with BBC, the mother of six explained that she will always focus on the well-being of her family.
She shared: “Many people find themselves in these situations … my focus is my children, our children, and my focus is finding this way through. As we said, we are and forever will be a family. That is how I am coping. I am coping with finding a way through that somehow this makes us stronger and closer.”
