Pieter Hanson has become a viral sensation thanks or because of his mother’s #HimToo post.
The mom, who seems to believe like President Donald Trump it is a very tough time in America for white men, is getting mocked on Twitter.
The woman from Florida, whose identity has not be revealed, took to social media where she shared a picture of Pieter who is wearing a Navy uniform in a funny pose with his right elbow on his knee and his chin on his fist.
The mother, who no longer wants her son to be single, used the caption to help him land a date.
The woman lamented that poor bright and handsome Pieter is afraid to go out with ladies because he fears that they could get him trouble by saying that he sexually assaulted them.
The caption echoes the words used by Trump during Brett Kavanaugh’s swearing-in ceremony to be the new Supreme Court justice.
Trump was bashing Dr. Christine Blasely Ford who accused Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct.
The mother, who thought she was doing her son a favor, wrote: “This is MY son. He graduated #1 in boot camp. He was awarded the USO award. He was #1 in A school. He is a gentleman who respects women. He won’t go on solo dates due to the current climate of false sexual accusations by radical feminists with an ax to grind. #HimToo.”
After being slammed and laughed at on social media, the mom deleted the post and Pieter tried to explain the odd message better.
That was my Mom. Sometimes the people we love do things that hurt us without realizing it. Let’s turn this around. I respect and #BelieveWomen . I never have and never will support #HimToo . I’m a proud Navy vet, Cat Dad and Ally. Also, Twitter, your meme game is on point. pic.twitter.com/yZFkEjyB6L

This is my son. He's never gonna give you up. He's never gonna let you down. He's never gonna run around and desert you. He's never gonna make you cry. He's never gonna say goodbye. He's never gonna tell a lie and hurt you. #HimToo pic.twitter.com/uZsEDaeTlo
