There is a bitter war going on between Chris Brown and rapper Offset and believe it or not; Cardi B is now in the midst.
For the past few days, a nasty war of words has been taking place between the duo over a silly meme that Chris shared mocking rapper 21 Savage.
Offset told Chris not to laugh at 21 Savage and from there on all hell broke loose. It reached the point that Chris threatened to beat The Migos rapper if he comes to California.
That did not stop there, Chris might have done the unthinkable over the weekend by mentioning Offset’s wife and femcee Cardi B.
A few hours ago, Chris said the following: “So you just dance ya [sic] way out of my comments. Ima [sic] send ya [sic] girl flowers, so she knows I respect her.”
A source close to Cardi B was quick to come out and say she is offended by Chris’ remarks and added the following to Hollywood Life: “Cardi B found Chris Brown’s Instagram post where he says he’s going to send her flowers, so she knows he respects her, quite disrespectful. Cardi of course sides with Offset, however, she knows Offset has been working really hard to get to a better place with her and on their relationship as a whole and finds it really rude of Chris to post such a thing.”
It is not known how Offset will react to Chris’ latest insult, but the same insider said he finds the crooner has taken things too far.
The person in the know said this: “Offset also feels that Chris Brown took this too far but his comments involving Cardi as she has nothing to do with this. Cardi and kids are off limits in Offsets eyes, and he just found it crossing a line and disrespectful. Offset respects Cardi tremendously, and he knows he’s been doing right by her for the past few months, so that’s all he cares about. Offset will continue to do right by Cardi and make her feel like a queen. That’s his goal, and he hasn’t wavered from that.”
Fans, who were once laughing at the silly fight, seem to agree it is time to call a timeout before things go too far.
