Fotis Dulos Wife Jennifer Suicide

Fotis Dulos, who was the main suspect in the murder case of his spouse, Jennifer Dulos, is dead due to carbon monoxide poisoning, in what appears to have been a suicide.

The 52-year-old raised the suspicion of authorities when he failed to appear in court, and police officers were dispatched to check if he was okay.

However, upon their arrival at his house, Dulos was discovered unconscious in his garage, and from the scene, it was evident that he had tried to commit suicide.

Although the man was immediately treated and then taken to the Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, New York; his death occurred two days later, as physicians could not save him.

Dulos’s attorney, Norm Pattis, who vowed to keep fighting to clear his client’s name, said: “We promised we would protect him to the end when we couldn’t protect him from himself.”

It has been confirmed that Dulos’ organs were donated, but his funeral plans have not yet been revealed, for it is believed that his body may be taken to his home country of Greece.

Dulos was believed to have murdered his wife after her sudden disappearance in May of last year because of the fact that the couple was going through a complicated divorce, and the two of them could not agree on who should receive the custody of their five children.

Moreover, Dulos became a suspect when police came across a video from a security camera of him and his new girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, in which the two lovebirds were throwing away suspicious bags of garbage.

Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the bags were covered with the victim’s blood.

Following Dulos’s death, his family is now determined that the murder case should not be closed but carried out until it is proved that he was not responsible for murdering his wife, and his name is cleared.

According to the late man’s lawyer, Norm Pattis, the defense would be carried out as if Dulos was still alive. The Greek developer, 52, left a suicide note behind where he claimed to be innocent.

He wrote: “If you are reading this, I am no more, I refuse to spend even an hour more in jail for something I had NOTHING to do with. Enough is enough. If it takes my head to end this, so be it.”

The luxury home builder went on to say: “I want to thank all my family and friends that stood by me this difficult time. Above all, Anna Curry. I am sorry for letting you down and not continuing the fight.”

Many took to social media to share prayers with the children, left behind and who are now parentless.

A person moved by the sad news said: “Feel horrible for the kiddos, sad to lose a parent but when you lose the two in one year man that’s tough?❤️.”

Another social media user spoke about 50-year-old Jennifer Dulos and explained: “I bet his wife kept creeping in his head at night, and he couldn’t sleep. She drove him crazy. Good for her. Now hopefully, she can RIP.”

A third commenter lashed out saying: “What a selfish man. No words to describe someone who kills his wife and abandons his children all to win.”

Fotis Dulos’s lawyers are fighting his mother-in-law, Gloria Farber, for the control of his mansion and assets.

Farber has custody of the couple’s five children.
