While Kim Kardashian has been fighting Kanye West in court over their lengthy divorce, the rapper has used the public sphere to shame Kardashian and her boyfriend, Pete Davidson.
West, who was unleashed on Instagram, not only degraded Kardashian and the Saturday Night Live star, he went after multiple big-name celebrities with harsh and even racist comments.
Fed up with West’s dangerous behavior, Meta, the company that owns Instagram and Facebook, took action. The billionaire music legend was suspended from the platform for 24 hours.
He was not allowed to post, comment, or send private messages to his followers. When the suspension was lifted, West quietly returned to Instagram, where he made some drastic moves.
The father of four decided to delete all his angry and promotional posts. West had gathered several millions of views and likes with a collection of posts pushing his music and upcoming concerts.
West had also been busy raking up likes with distasteful messages that called Kardashian a bad and absent mother. He also shared posts about threatening Davidson and spread fake rumors about the actor.
While Kanye West has deleted the posts and has been off the grid as he waits for the storm to pass, he is still facing the consequences of his actions.
It might be too little too late for West, who has been hit where it hurts — his wallet. It has been confirmed via West’s rep that he will no longer be performing at the 2022 Grammy Awards.
West’s appearance has been canceled due to “concerning online behavior.”
The mogul received five nominations for his latest album, and it is not known if he will attend the ceremony on April 3.
Kim Kardashian should get ready because TMZ has revealed that West is preparing for a new war that will play out in the courtroom this time around.
West has “lawyered up to handle custody issues in his divorce” because, at the moment, there is “no formal arrangement for custody” between the former couple.
A source told The Sun these are the reasons why he will take on Kardashian to see more of his four children: “Kanye wants to go for full custody of the children. People close to him were pretty shocked and had been trying to persuade him not to, but he is adamant that he wants the kids full time. He believes Kim is away a lot working and spending time with Pete and that he’d be a better parent.”
The insider continued: “Kanye thinks the children spend too much time with the nannies and that he’d be around more than Kim. He also has issues with Kim’s parenting, he thinks she gives the kids whatever they want, and they are growing up spoiled. But everyone close to Kim knows she is a devoted mother to her children. Of course, the children spend time with nannies, but she is a working mother.”
West recently said that Kardashian is a godless mother who is raising his children as a privileged White woman.
He has been attacking Kardashian for letting daughter North West appear on TikTok.
