Connor Cruise shared a video of himself working out in the gym lifting some very heavyweights with his personal trainer.
The 26-year-old son of actors Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise is not often seen publicly, choosing instead to live a quieter life away from the public eye.
This week, he shared the short clip to Instagram, showing his determination towards his body transformation.
The passionate fisherman could be seen squatting with a large bar and weights and telling fans he was “getting up to 315 on the squats.”
The 8-second video also included his personal trainer standing behind up to guide him through the move and assist with securing the weights afterward.
The rare insight into Connor Cruise’s life in Florida was welcomed by his 32,000 followers. He wrote in the caption for the video that he still has a “long way to go” but is “on the road.”
In recent weeks, keen fisherman Connor Cruise has shared photos holding massive swordfish — which caused conflicting views among his fans.
Some commented that he should not be treating wildlife that way, while others did not seem too bothered, with one remarking to say they were “waiting for people to freak out.”
In response, Connor Cruise showed no signs of stopping his hobby, as he responded to say he was “pouring gasoline on the fire.”
Many fans have stepped out to show support for his passion for capturing fish. One of them stated: “You’re out there doing what you love… I understand you’re not doing killing for fun; you are feeding mouths. I remember once I commented here on your page to you personally as I was upset about overfishing and animal cruelty, but I didn’t know what I know now… as back then you politely explained me what you do and how you do and where you go fishing, obviously that was an educational feedback. He was adopted by Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman during their 11-year marriage, which lasted until 2001.
They also adopted Bella, now 27 years old, who lives in London with her husband and often shares pictures of her artwork on Instagram.
Both Connor and Bella are believed to still be a part of the Scientology community like their famous father, Tom Cruise.
Nicole Kidman has previously said that she will support her children no matter what.
