It appears that Lori Harvey is finally ready to talk about her former relationship with rapper Future, as the 24-year-old socialite opened up about her ex-boyfriend.
The aspiring model addressed her past romance in a recent interview, in which she claimed that she always tried to take the high road and refrain from publicly commenting on her personal life.
The bombshell brunette also explained that even though she is the daughter of Steve Harvey, stardom is still new for her, and it is something she is “growing into,” as she is very private.
Lori’s interview comes right after Future took a shot at her and her current boyfriend, Michael B. Jordan, in one of his new songs, as the rapper sang: “Tell Steve Harvey, I don’t want her” and “Put baguette on ya ankles damn near up to ya knees / She didn’t have a choice but to go f*** a lame after me.”
However, it seems that Lori is not particularly concerned with what Future has to say about her because she stated that she did not want to stoop down to that level and just wanted to maintain her privacy as much as possible.
She revealed: “I just try to stay up here and take the high road in every situation.”
The daughter of Steve Harvey and Future allegedly started their romance back in 2019 and dated until August 2020. Following the end of her relationship with the rapper, Lori allegedly began dating Michael B. Jordan, but the two of them finally announced they were together in 2021.
However, Lori claimed that she and Michael B. Jordan met a few years ago through mutual friends, and at the time, she thought of him, “he’s cute!”.
The Instagram influencer went on to share a few details about her romance with the Black Panther star.
Lori Harvey also spoke about her and Michael B. Jordan’s decision to share a few private pictures on Instagram while keeping a majority of the romance a mystery.
She explained: “I think we’re both very private people naturally. So we just decide, if we take a picture or whatever it is, do you want to post this? Do we not? We have a conversation about it, like, ‘You want to post this or we keep this to ourselves?’ We know there are people that love and support us and want to see us. So [we want to] give just enough, but keep the majority of it just for us. We’re trying to find a balance.”
Social media has been rooting for the new power couple.
