NBC has tried to bring a new formula to the table with Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party, Hosted by Miley Cyrus and Pete Davidson.
It was a fun, wild, and crazy ride that pushed things too far for many. However, the network was trying to attract the younger crowd and have them talking on social media.
In that sense, it was a huge success. The “Wrecking Ball” singer and the Saturday Night Live comedian have dominated conversations on the social networking platforms.
Miley Cyrus also had some great performances that have gone viral, like the “Jolene” rendition with her sister, Noah Cyrus.
Interestingly enough, there is a lot of method in the madness. most of what went down Friday night has been in the planning for a while.
Last month, Cyrus told Jimmy Fallon the following about the program: “He’ll be funny and I’ll be naked, and together we’ve got a show.”
She had a mini wardrobe malfunction in Miami that she was able to handle very well. The two entertainers had decent chemistry.
They have been quite close in recent weeks while preparing for the big spectacle, enough for some to suggest that there might have been more between them.
Not much is known about the private life of Miley Cyrus at the moment, as the star has been relatively quiet on that front in recent months.
Still, that has not stopped her fans from following her and discussing any piece of information they could get their hands on.
Recently, reports came out that Cyrus had been spotted going home together with Pete Davidson, spending time at his condo.
It is not clear what that could have meant, though reports indicate that it was late in the evening when they arrived at his place, and the two were apparently trying to keep a low profile for the most part.
As expected, neither of the two has been eager to comment on the situation, and they have been quiet on social media in this regard.
And this has immediately led to an expected flood of comments from their supporters, many of whom were eager to know what was going on between the two and whether there was something more serious than they had realized.
Given how secretive Miley Cyrus has been about her private life in recent months, though, it is very likely that she is going to continue that trend now and will not reveal much about what she has been up to.
The music sensation has gone through some interesting periods in her life, but she has managed to retain a firm grip on herself and has continued to please her followers in various ways.
Hopefully, this does not lead to any heartbreak or other drama, though there does not seem to be any indication of that so far.
Davidson is said to be dating Kanye West‘s estranged wife, Kim Kardashian.
