To say that Prince Harry and his stepmother, Camilla, Queen Consort, do not have a close relationship would be the understatement of the decade.
Many can understand why the young Prince Harry grew up to be a man who cannot fully embrace Queen Consort Camilla — the woman who destroyed his parents’ marriage.
Meanwhile, Camilla, Queen Consort, is not only angry at the many horrific opinions that Prince Harry has of her, but she is more than frustrated by how he treats his father, King Charles III.
For almost three years, the former soldier has been waging a public and private war against his father and the royal family.
Since moving to California with his wife, Meghan Markle, Prince Harry has told anyone willing to listen that King Charles caused his generational pain and abandoned him when he decided to leave London.
While Camilla Parker Bowles is upset by what Prince Harry has done and said over the years, she fully backs King Charles’s decision to remain a loving father who longs for a better relationship with his son.
After all, Queen Consort Camilla is a mother of two. So, despite being distraught by it all, she understands King Charles’s predicament with his renegade son, who wants to create his own path in the world and occasionally drops a truth bomb that rattles the monarchy.
Royal biographer Angela Levin, who is promoting her new book about the Queen Consort, told Fox News: “I know she’s been very upset for King Charles. He’s been very hurt by the things that Harry has said, but he loves Harry. Any parent would understand that you can love your child, but you don’t really like what they’re doing or how they’re behaving. But you can’t stop loving them because [that’s] your child. And I think she helps the king feel a bit better about these things.”
The royal expert went on to say that the Queen of England is nervous about Prince Harry’s upcoming memoir, where he might make humiliating revelations about her.
She claimed: “It’s believed that if he continues with his memoirs that there will be some really unpleasant things about her there. She absolutely doesn’t deserve it. A doctor told me that sometimes when people are very stressed, very angry, and very upset, they look for someone else to blame for their situation. And maybe, this is me talking, not the specialist… but he’s [clearly] unhappy with the royal family. If you look at him, he looks resentful. He looks angry. And it’s very sad. He wanted to leave. [Queen Elizabeth] didn’t ask him to leave. He wanted to leave, be free and live in privacy.”
It seems unlikely that The Duke of Sussex will back off.
