The revelations in Prince Harry‘s best-selling memoir were the breaking point for Kate Middleton.
According to royal sources, Middleton has removed her famous hat as a peacemaker and no longer wants to reach out to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for the Christmas holidays.
In a new interview with Fabulous, royal commentator Jennie Bond said that Kate Middleton had the option to change the course of history by reaching out to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and starting the healing process.
However, Spare has changed everything for the future Queen of England.
According to the expert, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might see Middleton’s decision to remove herself from the equation as an unfortunate turn of events because Prince Harry is hoping to still keep some ties with London and his family.
Bond stated: “I think Catherine was hurt by Harry’s (and Meghan’s) claim that she made Meghan cry during a fitting for Charlotte’s bridesmaid dress, and again by Meghan’s view, which was relayed by Harry, that she found Catherine and William standoffish, a bit cold when they first met. After all, we have seen that Catherine is more than ready to give people a hug – even people she has no connection with and will never see again. We must remember that Harry once described Catherine as the sister he never had. Now it seems she is the sister-in-law he no longer wants to see.”
Middleton is said to be upset by the accusation that Prince Harry and Markle dropped on her husband, Prince William, King Charles III, and Queen Camilla.
She continued: “I think Catherine has been badly hurt by Harry’s brutal attacks on William, like his decision to reveal so much of what went on during their disagreements, and by the claim that someone in the royal family questioned the tone of unborn Archie’s skin, it was such a generalized claim that it hurt the whole family.”
The royal author concluded by saying that the disdain and resentment now reside on both sides of the Atlantic. Middleton no longer wants any contact with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle because of their revelations.
Markle and Prince Harry will only accept being near Middleton and Prince William when they receive an apology for the way they were treated.
Bond said: “I think Catherine and William have jointly decided that they will carry on with family life and work, and most of the time, they don’t think about Harry very much, and I expect vice versa. I can’t see an olive branch being extended from either side any time soon.”
The Royal Family is not going to facilitate a return of Prince Harry to the fold.
