For the second time this year, it has been revealed that Kim Jong Un is terribly ill and might not survive.

A few months ago, several local media outlets reported that Kim Jong Un was dead, and his government was working diligently to hide the matter.

This time around, it is claimed that Kim Jong Un, who is aware of his imminent death, wished for his sister, Kim Yo Jong, to be his successor, and he has put the mechanism in place for that to happen.

Chang Song-min, a well-known South Korean diplomat, revealed that for several days now, the dictator has been in a coma.

According to the former aide to late South Korean president Kim Dae-Jung, Kim Jong Un is not dead yet, but doctors are not hopeful they can save him his life.

Chang Song-min said in an interview: “I assess him to be in a coma, but his life has not ended.”

Chang Song-min explained that while the leader is in a coma, his younger sister, Kim Yo Jong, is set to take control of North Korea.

It is not certain that she will become the official head of the Asian nation.

Chang Song-min added: “A complete succession structure has not been formed, so Kim Yo-jong is being brought to the fore as the vacuum cannot be maintained for a prolonged period.”

A few days ago, it was claimed that Kim Jong Un had a meeting with his top officials, where he announced his decision to promote his sister to second-in-command of North Korea.

Due to her brother’s declining health, the 32-year-old politician is now heading all policies between her country and the US and South Korea.

In April, it was announced that Kim Jong Un had died after a “botched” heart operation. The following month, the rumors of his passing were quashed after photos surfaced showing the controversial North Korean leader cutting the ribbon at the opening of a factory.

People have reacted to the story with skepticism and have been sharing wild theories about the leader faking his death or using a body double.

A social media user explained: “Last I heard he was ordering everybody’s pet dogs to be killed and used in restaurants hopefully it yes I said that on purpose stays in a coma.”

This person pushed this conspiracy theory: “Why do I feel like this was an intentional power grab by Yo Jong to seize power from her brother?”

Another Instagrammer revealed: “He is faking his death again in order to find out who on his staff was truly loyal. I feel bad for all North Korean people over there. They definitely need new leadership over there.”

This time around the media is treating the story with more care
