While Prince Harry cannot go back on his written and spoken words, he is now living with a minuscule amount of guilt.
King Charles III, Prince William, and other British royal family members dread the release of Prince Harry’s upcoming tell-all book, Spare.
As it turns out, Prince Harry is afraid of his own boogeyman. Now that the title, release date, and presentation of the book have been revealed to the public, Prince Harry knows that there is no going back.
While no passages from the book have yet to be leaked, sources close to Prince Harry are speaking about the behind-the-scene process and the rollercoaster of emotions that he went through to write the book.
A person with ties with Meghan Markle‘s husband told Us Magazine that Prince Harry did not write the book to bash the Royal Family.
He worked diligently to find a balance between sharing his personal and painful truths and revealing inappropriate and humiliating secrets about his family.
The source told the publication: “Harry has been working hard to strike a balance that will hopefully minimize the fallout caused by this book, and he is also trying to stay true to his principles and keep his publishers happy at the same time.”
Authoring the memoir led The Duke of Sussex through a rough journey. The insider told the media outlet that it was difficult for Prince Harry to share many of the intimate revelations he did in the book.
While the source declined to give specific details, they did reveal that Prince Harry did explore many traumatic experiences from his young years in the book.
The person stated: “It’s been a very rough process. And it is very difficult for him to recount certain traumatic events from his childhood.”
The source concluded by saying that what has been done is done, and there is no going back.
The family friend explained: “At the same time, he’s found it cathartic. And at this stage, there are no regrets.”
The publishing company had this description for the book: “Spare takes readers immediately back to one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow—and horror. As Diana, Princess of Wales was laid to rest, billions wondered what the princes must be thinking and feeling – and how their lives would play out from that point on.”
The book will have darker titles in other languages. For example, in Spain, it will be called In The Shadow. In Sweden, The Other, and in Denmark, The Reservist.
PEOPLE Magazine has confirmed Prince Harry will share his feelings about the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.
He is set to travel to England to promote the book, but there is no plan for him to meet with his relatives.
Meanwhile, sources from Buckingham Palace say King Charles is expecting damages bigger than “Megxit” with this book.
