Enraged Prince William Reveals What Keeps Him Up At Night

Prince William Harry Charles Climate Change

In a new interview, Prince William revealed that he is outraged and has sleepless nights because he sees what the planet is going through.

The future King of England explained that he is furious that leaders, who can take concrete actions, are not lifting a finger to avoid or limit some of the worst climate effects.

Experts say that climate change mainly caused by pollution has already begun to impact the planet in multiple ways, including the rise of temperatures and the dangerous changes in precipitation patterns.

Some studies point to this alarming fact — climate change will significantly impact public health. While appearing on the Outrage + Optimism podcast, Prince William, who agrees with the science, said that he views global warming as one of the greatest threats of the 21st century.

Kate Middleton‘s husband revealed why he is angered by the lack of solutions to climate change: “I feel I can do a lot more if given that ability. So, therefore, I don’t understand why those who have the levers don’t. Yeah, and I think that’s what really upsets me and keeps me awake at night.”

The Duke of Cambridge went on to say: “It’s about highlighting and raising people’s voices and real, tangible solutions to some of the hardest environmental problems to face. And if we can do that and elevate these people’s become household names, these solutions become household solutions, and then we feel we’ve brought in an added dimension to the debates. While William did not mention his brother, Prince Harry, by name, he did praise his family for their efforts to save the environment.

Prince Harry has put in a lot of effort to protect endangered species of Africa. At the same time, Prince Charles and Prince Philip have been among the first to speak about conservationists’ importance publicly.

William concluded by: “My family is a very visual description of that; I think each generation understands its responsibility to better from the previous generation and to look after and nurture and to be custodians of the world and things like that. My family’s naturally had an opinion here to support and to be a part of the environmental debate for a long time because it’s been, you know, at the forefront of a lot of conversations and a lot of issues for many, many years,”

William has launched an environmental project, Earthshot Prize, to do his part.
