Jessica Simpson Answers All Of The Alarming Questions About Her Pottery Barn Ad Video

Jessica Simpson is not letting harsh comments and confusion keep her down.

With a lot of passion and some anger, she decided to fight back after her most recent video went viral for all the wrong reasons.

The singer and former reality TV star surprised fans over the weekend with a cute ad for Pottery Barn.

The business mogul teamed up with her oldest daughter, Birdie, for the video that featured the types of furniture used to decorate a child’s bedroom.

After highlighting the bed, the fluffy pillows, and the gorgeous wallpaper, Jessica Simpson looked straight into the camera to say the following: “Hi, I’m Jessica Simpson, and welcome to my daughter Birdie’s room, designed by Pottery Barn Kids and a little bit of me.”

The singer, who the camera might have stressed out, appeared to slur her words.

She went on to say: “I was really drawn to the geometric prints and the color scheme. This really, to me, is Birdie’s personality. Thank you, everyone, for checking out the adorable room of Birdie Mae Johnson.”

Jessica Simpson’s Pottery Barn ad rapidly went viral, and hundreds of fans flooded the comment section with remarks about the star’s health and well-being.

Some backers wondered if the fashion designer was doing well. Others asked questions about her struggles with alcohol addiction and the fact that she lost over 100 pounds.

Jessica Simpson shared a new video where she is in the studio seeking inner peace and serenity through music. She penned a lengthy caption where she addressed the harsh comments and judgments.

Simpson also shut down the chatter that her behavior was linked to alcohol.

She began: “I needed to be in my studio today because this is where I ground myself and heal. As much as I have learned to block out destructive noise… peoples’ comments and judgments can still hurt deeply with their incessant nagging, “you will never be good enough.” The most important thing I have learned through the last 5yrs without alcohol being a guard for escapism is that I CAN and ALWAYS WILL get through it. I am capable of pretty much anything I care enough about to put my mind to. I am present.”

She used the post to uplift herself and others. The fashion designer wrote: “I am deeply inspired. I am determined. I am honest. I care about other people. After grounding myself just now with my voice and the lyrics across my heart, I feel compassion for the opinionated hate that some people can so effortlessly just blurt out with such intensity on social media or in the media in general. We all have our days of wanting to be, look, do, and feel better.”

The 42-year-old fashion mogul added: “Nobody is alone with that feeling that I can promise you. I woke up at the same time anxious and insecure but also angry and defensive — like some of you. I know what works for me, and that is to let go and simply sing while looking directly inside the mirror, straight into my eyes, to really see and understand myself. I can connect with my heartbeat. I am stable and strong. I am home.”

She concluded with this powerful piece of advice: “A little advice…live inside your dreams and move through them. Don’t give up on yourself because someone else did. Stay true to YOU. It has worked for me in this chaotic life thus far. Nothing’ and nobody will rob me of my joy. Ya might come close, but it is mine to own. Yours should be too.”

Social media is often brutal with celebrities.
