Meghan Markle and her husband have been out lately. The former actress and Prince Harry have been pushing many causes near and dear to them.
They also have been quietly unveiling a new, unexpected narrative, and agenda. Some will be surprised to learn that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle disagree on one major topic.
A former staff member of the couple spoke to PEOPLE Magazine and explained why there was a minor dispute at the Sussex house.
There is a possibility that the disgruntled ex-employee made the revelation to humiliate Markle and Prince Harry.
Markle believed her husband had mistaken his rebellion for reality, as evidenced by his endless, money-burning lawsuits against the British government over their refusal to let him pay for security.
A former employee of Prince Harry and Markle’s Archewell Foundation tells PEOPLE that she yearns for a peaceful life for the couple in California, away from the legal battles.
The former staffer told the media outlet: “Meghan Markle wishes Prince Harry didn’t have to endure litigation as he fights for more significant security protection for their family of four.”
The person claimed that Markle wants her husband to find true happiness and appreciate the moments and memories they create.
The insider added: “The Duchess of Sussex supports Harry 100 percent, but she wishes he could let go of these lawsuits, be happy, and live in the moment. She wants him to be free of all of this, but she also knows that he can’t because of everything he’s been through and his love for [her and their children]. She wants him to live in a world where he is not burdened by this.”
Prince Harry failed to understand that Meghan Markle has a visceral reaction to his eternal pursuit of security.
Instead, he is using the security drama to start a new fight with his father, King Charles III, over the issue of security and control.
A royal source close to Prince Harry told The Daily Beast that King Charles is using the security disagreement, which involves the denial of police protection, to manipulate and control his visit to London.
The outlet reported: “The current set-up suited the royals ‘down to the ground’ as it prevented Harry from making regular visits and set up a rival royal court in the U.K. Harry’s camp accused Charles’ team of gaslighting the public by saying on one hand that the king loves his son and wants to see more of him and his children, while at the same time denying him the police protection that would make such visits possible on a regular basis.”
This fight is not ending anytime soon.
